Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sugar Land is seeking a Registered Clinical Dietitian to plan regular and modified diets for patients as prescribed by Medical Staff. You will routinely visit patients and counsel on nutritional needs, and engage in hospital, patient, and community education, including outpatient programs.

The role supports QA/QI initiatives and requires licensure and RD credentials, with preference for those with rehabilitation experience.

Qualifications

• Registered with Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Licensed by the State in which the facility resides to practice Dietetics.
• 3 years' experience in a clinical setting preferred; rehabilitation experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan regular and modified diets for all ages as prescribed by Medical Staff.
• Routinely visit patients, counseling patients with nutritional needs.
• Participates in hospital, patient, and community education and outpatient programs.
• Assist with the maintenance of the department's Quality Assessment & Quality Improvement plan.
