Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) for full-time roles at our hospital in Texas. The RD will plan regular and modified diets for patients of all ages as prescribed by Medical Staff and routinely visit patients to provide nutritional counseling.

The role includes participating in hospital and community education programs and contributing to the department's QA/QI plan. Licensure in the state is required, with 3 years of clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered with Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Licensed by the State in which the facility resides to practice Dietetics.
• 3 years' experience in a clinical setting preferred. Rehabilitation experiences a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan regular and modified diets for all ages of patients as prescribed by Medical Staff.
• Routinely visit patients and counsel patients with nutritional needs.
• Participates in hospital, patient, and community education and outpatient programs.
• Assists with the maintenance of the department's Quality Assessment & Quality Improvement plan.
