Morgan Stanley is seeking a Client Service Associate in Massachusetts to support advisors and clients by handling requests, onboarding accounts, and maintaining documentation. You will use firm policies and digital tools to deliver high-quality service and build trusted relationships.
You will collaborate with Financial Advisors to execute business plans, support marketing efforts, participate in training, and coordinate meetings, travel, and expenses as part of daily operations.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $15 and $40.87 per hour at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
