Job description

A large securities firm and investment banking client is looking to hire a Registered Client Associate to join their team in Lake Oswego, Oregon. This person will support Financial Advisors and senior level management and needs to be licensed!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide sales and administrative support to customers and Financial Advisors
  • Maintain client account information and assist Financial Advisors with special projects as needed
  • Coordinate and prepare for client review meetings and set up new accounts
  • Organize and maintain calendar and meeting schedule
  • Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports
  • Research and arrange detailed travel plans: prepare travel itineraries and compile all documents and information needed for travel and appointments
  • Interact with customers both in person and on the phone
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Follow up on deadline-driven tasks and issues
  • Answer phones and take detailed, accurate messages
  • Maintain files and documents
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned and required

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • FINRA Series 7 AND 66 OR Series 7 and 63 & 65 are required
  • 3+ years broker/dealer sales support experience preferred
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Basic/working knowledge of general office procedures and equipment (multi-line phones, FAX, computer and keyboard skills)

Hourly Rate of $32.00 an hour + bonuses, PTO and health benefits
