Our client is a well-established, client-focused, goals-driven financial planning and wealth management firm.

Role Description

The Registered Client Service Associate works with the Advisory team on all aspects of wealth management, including managing client relationships, identifying and meeting client needs, and supporting the implementation of financial plans. The registered client service associate is not expected to create new client introductions, however they are responsible for maintaining the team's client service model, directing the planning and onboarding processes, and deepening the client relationship with a subset of already established clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior advisors to further develop and enhance the existing client relationships Act as a key point of contact for clients on any requests / needs Assist with and attend client meetings and discussions covering financial planning, investment strategy, account performance and market developments Prepare client meeting materials including financial planning, asset allocation, and investment performance reports Work with senior advisors and operations team to follow up on all outstanding items from client meetings Assist in the execution of client recommendations Assist the senior advisors in evaluating client financial strategies and decisions by conducting financial analysis on a wide range of investment, tax, estate and financial planning topics Manage cash activity and money movement for clients Assist advisory team as needed Quarterly and ad-hoc performance reports for advisors Manage workflow and prioritize projects

Qualifications

  • Series 7 and 63 licenses Bachelor's degree or higher Minimum of 3 years previous experience in financial services or related field Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and regulations Ability to understand and explain sophisticated financial concepts and issues Detail-oriented, accurate, organized, able to set priorities Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office, financial software and CRM Team player, collaborative, able to work with and through others Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
