Our team of Behavior Therapists (BTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) collaborate closely with children and families to deliver high-quality ABA services. We are dedicated to supporting our clients and meeting the needs of both clients and employees. We seek committed BTs/RBTs to improve the quality of life for individuals with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software
• Work with BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor progress
• Develop teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Background check clearance upon hiring
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges; ASD experience preferred
• Reliability to maintain a weekly schedule
• Access to transportation (reliable vehicle or public transit)
