Position Overview

Skillful Steps ABA provides In-Home ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our team of Behavior Therapists (BTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) collaborate closely with children and families to deliver high-quality ABA services. We are dedicated to supporting our clients and meeting the needs of both clients and employees. We seek committed BTs/RBTs to improve the quality of life for individuals with ASD.

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
  • Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
  • Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software
  • Work with BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
  • Maintain ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor progress
  • Develop teaching materials and visuals
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Background check clearance upon hiring
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges; ASD experience preferred
  • Reliability to maintain a weekly schedule
  • Access to transportation (reliable vehicle or public transit)
