Job summary

Skillful Steps ABA is seeking dedicated BTs/RBTs to join our team providing in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD in Colorado. You will work under supervision of a BCBA and deliver one-on-one sessions, collect data, and collaborate with families to support progress.

We value reliability, a valid driver's license or access to transportation, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Flexible daytime hours and opportunities for professional development are available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check clearance required upon hiring.
• Experience with developmental disabilities or ASD preferred.
• Reliable and consistent with a weekly schedule.
• Access to transportation (vehicle or public transit).
• High School diploma or equivalent requirement.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Skillful Steps ABA provides In-Home ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Our team of Behavior Therapists (BTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) collaborate closely with each child and family to provide top quality ABA services.

Requirements
