Job summary

Skillful Steps ABA in Colorado is seeking dedicated BTs/RBTs to join our team delivering in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will implement behavior intervention plans and provide one-on-one sessions under supervision, with data collection and collaboration with a BCBA.

Flexible daytime, afternoon and evening hours; full-time benefits include health insurance, PTO, professional development, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Background check clearance required upon hiring
• Previous experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or ASD preferred
• Reliability: ability to keep a weekly schedule
• Access to transportation (vehicle or public transit)

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents to review progress
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Skillful Steps ABA provides In-Home ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Our team of Behavior Therapists (BTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) collaborate closely with each child and family to provide top quality ABA services.
