Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Baltimore team. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, and opportunities for professional growth while delivering evidence-based ABA services to children in home, school, or clinic settings.

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Some college experience is preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy is a plus but not required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board-C Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Pay Range: $29- $33/hour
• Full-Time/Part-Time
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Maryland

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
