In this role, you will implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to help individuals build communication, social, and daily living skills in a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 or small group ABA therapy sessions
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs, educators, and families
• Support skill development in communication, self-regulation, and independence
