JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision and training of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) will implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans and behavior intervention plans to children with Autism in a clinic or home setting. The RBT will implement programs and collect data daily on individualized functional goals for each client with efficacy. RBTs will help maintain a clean and safe environment in the clinic setting for the staff members, clients and parents receiving services at Apara.
