Best Ever ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-community settings in Newberry, SC. You will implement plans created by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to support client success.

The role offers flexible shifts, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement within a supportive, growth-oriented team.

Competenze

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Mansioni

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Pay Range: $23 - $28/hour
• Part-Time: Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on yours & clients availability
• Location: Newberry, SC
