Job summary

SkyCare ABA is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy for children with ASD in homes, schools, and clinics. You’ll use evidence-based approaches like DTT and NET to support communication, social, and daily living skills.

This role offers flexible schedules, ongoing supervision, and opportunities to grow as part of a collaborative team. You will collect data, track progress, and work closely with BCBAs, caregivers, and other professionals

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience with children and ASD preferred.
• Able to participate in active play and therapy.
• Must pass background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and track progress to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Ensure a safe, engaging environment for client success.
