Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism across in-home, in-school, and community settings in Arizona. Earn $20–$28 per hour with flexible schedules and strong training for ongoing professional growth.

You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, collecting client data, delivering tailored ABA services, and helping clients improve daily living and communication skills. Travel to client homes is expected.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in-person throughout Arizona.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred


• Active registration with the BACB


• High School Diploma or GED


• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Experience working with children preferred


• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
