Total Care ABA in Cottonwood, AZ is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and in-school ABA therapy. Earn $20–$28/hour with flexible shifts and paths for growth; full-time and part-time options available across Arizona.

Travel locally to client homes and schools, with ongoing training and supportive team dynamics to help children reach meaningful progress. Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, BACB registration, and a HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Active BACB registration required or in process.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally is needed.
• Experience with children helpful; ABA experience preferred but not required.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughout Arizona
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
