Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Tifton, Moultrie and Norman Park, GA to deliver in-home and in-school ABA services to children.

As an RBT, you will implement plans, collect data, support development, and collaborate with families and a BCBA. Flexible schedules and training are provided.

Must have RBT certification and BACB registration; reliable transportation required; experience with children preferred; competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Active registration with the BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement.

What You'll Do

What we expect from you

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
