Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Thomasville, GA and Cairo, GA. Earn $20-$28 per hour with flexible schedules and in-home or in-school services across Georgia.

You will work one-on-one with children, delivering ABA therapy under a BCBA's plan, collecting data, and collaborating with families. Training is provided, with opportunities for professional growth and travel to client locations throughout Georgia.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification
• Active BACB registration
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services in-home, in-school, and community settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Track client progress and celebrate milestones
• Travel to clients' homes and community settings as required

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locallyStrong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35-40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10-20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
