Job summary

Total Care ABA in Fort Valley, GA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and in-school ABA therapy across Georgia. Earn $20–$28 per hour with flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development opportunities.

You will work one-on-one with children, implement BCBA plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinicians to support skill development and progress. Training is provided and travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement.

What You'll Do

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Options

• Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
• Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
