Job summary

Total Care ABA in Georgia is hiring for an in-home/in-school Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Earn $20-$28 per hour with flexible schedules, training, and opportunities to work with children and families across Byron, Warner Robins, Bonaire, and surrounding areas.

You’ll deliver ABA services, collect data, and collaborate with a BCBA and families to support meaningful progress. Full-time and part-time positions available; travel to client homes is required in various Georgia locations.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification.
• Registration with BACB is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally are required.

• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Options

• Full-Time - 35-40 hours per week
• Part-Time - 10-20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
