Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Paris, TN. Earn $18–$26 per hour with flexible schedules for in-home and in-school services across Tennessee. Join a compassionate team dedicated to helping children with autism reach their potential and grow professionally.

As an RBT, you will deliver ABA therapy one-on-one, implement BCBA-designed plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinicians. Training provided and career advancement opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Active BACB registration is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to ongoing learning.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services

• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and document client data accurately

• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development

• Collaborate with families and clinical team members

• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress

• Accurately keep record of client’s progress

• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services

• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee

• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
