Job summary

Total Care ABA in Hampton, GA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and in-school ABA services across Georgia. You will work one-on-one with children, implement BCBA plans, and collect client data to track progress.

Flexible scheduling supports full-time or part-time roles, with travel to client sites a key component of the job. We offer training opportunities, ongoing professional development, and a supportive team focused on helping children reach their potential

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Active BACB registration required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home, in-school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client progress and help drive meaningful outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress.
• Travel to clients' homes and community settings as needed.
• Engage in initial and ongoing staff training and ongoing learning.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
