Job summary

Total Care ABA in Georgia is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver individualized ABA therapy in clients' homes and schools. You will implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical staff to support progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RBT certification.
• Active BACB registration is required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• ABA experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help drive meaningful progress.
• Accurately track and record client progress.
• Travel to clients' homes or community settings as needed.
• Provide in-person services across Georgia.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to continual learning.

What You'll Do

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
