Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Caryville, TN. Earn $18–$26/hour with flexible schedules and in-home or in-school services across Tennessee.

You'll deliver individualized ABA therapy, follow BCBA plans, and help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive team environment. Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, BACB registration, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Active registration with the BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement.

What we expect from you:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Active registration with the BACB

High School Diploma or GED

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
