Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide in-home and in-school ABA services across Arizona, including Buckeye. We offer flexible schedules to fit your lifestyle and a supportive team culture that emphasizes growth and impact.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or BACB registration required/preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Experience with children preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughoutArizona
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
