Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPRO Heritage, is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our outpatient pediatric ABA clinic in Cameron, North Carolina. The position offers both full-time and part-time schedules with hours through 6:00 PM and compensation of $21–$26 per hour based on experience.

On-site RBT training is provided for non-certified candidates, with a supportive leadership team and opportunities for growth in ABA therapy, psychology, education, or pediatric

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have experience in the field of mental health, child development, or education.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have completed high school or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person behavior therapy services 1:1 or in small groups with clients.

HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our outpatient pediatric ABA clinic in Cameron, North Carolina.

This is a clinic-based role working with children with autism and developmental needs. We offer a supportive ABA team environment, paid/on-site training, mentorship, and growth opportunities for both certified RBTs and candidates interested in becoming certified.

Position Highlights:

Full-time and part-time schedules available

Outpatient pediatric clinic setting-Cameron, NC

No in-home services

Monday–Friday schedule

Availability needed through 6:00 PM

$21–$26/hour, based on experience

On-site RBT training provided for non-certified candidates

Supportive clinical leadership and team collaboration

Qualifications
