Achievement Center for Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) to join our Camarillo, CA team. You will deliver evidence-based ABA interventions in home, clinic, or community settings, under BCBA supervision, and contribute to meaningful client progress.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Prior experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, DTT, NET, and behavior intervention strategies.
• Excellent data collection, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy sessions at home, clinic, or community settings.
• Collect accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition targets.
• Use positive reinforcement to reduce problem behaviors and build skills.
• Maintain session notes and progress documentation per company standards.
• Communicate progress with supervising BCBAs and families.

• Implement individualized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral therapy sessions to clients in home, clinic, or community settings
• Collect accurate and consistent data on client behavior and skill acquisition targets
• Utilize positive reinforcement strategies to reduce problem behaviors and build functional skills
• Maintain detailed session notes and progress documentation in compliance with company standards
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs and family members regarding client progress
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB required
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
• Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, DTT, NET, and behavior intervention strategies
• Excellent data collection, documentation, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable with a client-centered approach
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations in the Camarillo, CA area
• Must pass a background check and have current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
