Job summary

Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy in Bronx, New York. Part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible afternoon/evening cases and strong supervision by a BCBA.

Ideal candidates have experience with children with special needs and backgrounds in education, teaching, or direct support. Spanish-speaking applicants are preferred to support families in need.

Qualifications

• Must live in New York.

• RBT certification is preferred; training opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the child’s home.

• Write clear, accurate session notes.
• Support development of communication, behavior regulation, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professionalism with families and caregivers.

Part-Time|Full-Time | In-Home ABA

Alpha & Omega Kids is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and related developmental disabilities in Bronx, New York.

We are seeking reliable, motivated professionals who are comfortable working independently in family homes while receiving consistent supervision from a BCBA.

We are especially interested in candidates who have experience working with children with special needs and backgrounds in education, teaching, or direct support.

This may be a great opportunity for you if you have experience as a:

Experience working with children diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities is strongly preferred.

Schedule

• Part-time
• Minimum 15 hours per week required
• Cases available between 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM, afternoon cases available.
• Daytime and afternoon cases available
• Consistent weekly assignments

Compensation

$20 – $30 per hour (based on experience and credentials)

Requirements

• Reliable transportation (required)
• Access to a mobile device for documentation
• High school diploma (required)
• Minimum 6 months of ABA or related experience preferred
• Experience working with children strongly preferredMust pass background screening
• Able to engage in physical activity including kneeling, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to accept supervision and feedback
• Spanish speaking a plus

RBT certification is strongly preferred but not required. Candidates must be willing to obtain certification if not already credentialed.
