Job summary

Alpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services in Bronx, NY is hiring part-time and in-home ABA therapy positions for children with autism. Role involves delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in families' homes and tracking progress under BCBA supervision.

You will implement treatment plans, collect data on a mobile device, and document sessions accurately. Training is available for those new to ABA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum 6 months of ABA or related experience preferred.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Must pass background screening.
• Physical activity including kneeling, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Spanish speaking a plus.
• RBT certification strongly preferred but not required; candidates must be willing to obtain certification if not credentialed.

Part-Time|Full-Time | In-Home ABA

Immediate cases available. Spanish Speaking preferred

Alpha & Omega Kids is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and related developmental disabilities in Bronx, New York.

We are seeking reliable, motivated professionals who are comfortable working independently in family homes while receiving consistent supervision from a BCBA.

Schedule

• Part-time
• Minimum 15 hours per week required
• Cases available between 4:00 PM- 6:30 PM availability
• Daytime and afternoon cases available
• Consistent weekly assignments

Compensation

$20 – $30 per hour (based on experience and credentials)

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the child’s home
