Job summary

Solara Autism Services seeks compassionate, energetic RBTs to provide in-home ABA therapy across Fairfield County, Connecticut. You will work one-on-one with children in their homes, following individualized plans created by a BCBA to build communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills in natural settings.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma required; AS/BA in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Human Services or related field preferred
• Experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities preferred
• Passion for helping children reach their potential
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team
• Ability to remain active during therapy sessions (sit on floor, play with children) and lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Fairfield County

Responsibilities

Solara Autism Services is seeking compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team providing in-home ABA services throughout Fairfield County, Connecticut.

As a Part-Time RBT, you'll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism in their homes, implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This flexible opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference while helping children build communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills in their natural environment.

Position Details

• Position: Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Location: Fairfield County, Connecticut

• Schedule: Flexible Part-Time Hours

• Setting: In-Home ABA Services

• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in clients' homes

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, daily living, and adaptive skills

• Collect accurate session data and maintain timely clinical documentation

• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs regarding client progress

• Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and professional development

• Follow all BACB RBT Ethics Code standards, company policies, and insurance documentation requirements

• Ability to remain active throughout therapy sessions, including sitting on the floor, playing with children, lifting up to 50 pounds, and responding quickly to client behaviors
