Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental conditions. This role involves delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy to help clients achieve their behavioral and developmental goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
  • Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as designed by the supervising BCBA.
  • Collect and record accurate data on client progress during each session.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Attend regular supervision sessions and training as required.
  • Adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards outlined by the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board).
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).
  • Current RBT certification (or willingness to complete RBT training and certification).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for sessions.
