Job summary

HireCare Services in-home ABA therapy positions are open for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Stoneyville, NC and surrounding areas.

As a 1:1 in-home clinician, you’ll provide ABA sessions under BCBA supervision, collect data, and support children in communication, social, and daily living skills.

We offer flexible scheduling, mentorship from experienced BCBAs, and opportunities for professional growth; high school diploma required and active RBT certification preferred or provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training support provided).
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

HireCare Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality behavioral support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. What You’ll Do as an RBT:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work helps children reach important developmental goals through structured teaching, play, and positive reinforcement.

• Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate data during each session
• Share updates and progress with your BCBA team
• Complete clear and timely session notes
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RBT certification — or willingness to obtain certification (training support provided)
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Work Schedule:

• Part-time and full-time positions available
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; optional weekend availability as needed)
• 15–25+ hours per week, based on your availability and client needs

Compensation:

• $21–$25 per hour
