Job summary

Arion Care Solutions LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct ABA services to children in home, school, clinic and community settings. You will work with families, caregivers, and BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.

This role emphasizes data collection, progress tracking, and applying ABA techniques to enhance self-help, social and adaptive skills, with a reliable schedule and participation in trainings.

Qualifications

• BACB RBT certification is required.
• Minimum 3 months ABA or related services experience.
• AZ Article 9 Training completed.
• First Aid/CPR certification held.
• AZ Prevention and Support Training completed prior to service delivery.
• Follows ABA Ethical Guidelines and clinical policies.
• AzAHP Core Training Plan understood and followed.

Responsibilities

• Providing ABA services and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure treatment integrity and effectiveness.
• Track client progress through data collection and treatment goals.

About the role

You'll work closely with parents, caregivers, and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to create positive, lasting change across various settings, including the home, school, clinic, and community.
