Job Details

Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part Time

Location: Winston-Salem, NC

Pay Range: $20.00/hr - $27.00/hr (based on skills and experience)

Job Summary

The RBT implements ABA services to clients as written by the supervising BCBA.

Essential Functions
  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings.
  • Implement treatment plans as directed by BCBA.
  • Collect data and submit session notes per company policy.
  • Collaborate with team members.
  • Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Maintain active RBT certification; certification lapses require immediate removal from client cases.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Employment Details
  • Variable hours; not guaranteed minimum hours.
  • Engagement with a client is defined as rendering direct services and converting appointments into timesheets.
  • Responsible for requesting additional cases if employment is reduced or cases are concluded.

  • In-home services respecting client homes.
