Illuminate is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children and adolescents with ASD. You will track progress, communicate clearly with families, and implement behavior support plans in a fast-moving team.

The role requires Active RBT certification, fluency in Spanish, and flexibility to work day, after-school, and evening sessions. Valid transportation to client locations is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Recent experience with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Open and flexible availability across multiple days/times, including day, after-school, and evening sessions.
• Reliable transportation to client locations and ability to use smartphone for data capture.

Here’s What We’re Looking For

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Must be fluent in Spanish
• Recent experience working with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilitiesin a home setting preferred
• Must maintain open and flexible availability across multiple days and times throughout the week to support client scheduling needs, including daytime, after‑school, and evening sessions as assigned.
• You’ll need reliable transportation & must be comfortable driving to the client sessions
• Access and ability to use a smartphone or similar device with internet services capable of capturing client session data

Position Requirements

• Stay active throughout the day by sitting on the floor, kneeling, bending, crouching, standing, and frequently transitioning between floor and standing during therapy sessions.
• Bring energy, patience, and professionalism while actively engaging with children, implementing behavior support plans, and ensuring client safety by responding calmly and appropriately to challenging behaviors.
• Lift or assist children and equipment up to 50 lbs. (as required by assigned cases), complete documentation using electronic devices, and travel reliably between assigned client locations.
