Behavioral Health Works, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Technician/RBT to deliver ABA therapy across center, in-home, and community settings. The role focuses on teaching communication, social and daily living skills to children and adolescents with ASD.

Evening bonus offers an extra $2/hour for hours between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM on weekdays. Part-time and full-time hours are available, with scheduling flexibility and travel between client sites.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred; candidates not certified must be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• Must maintain open and flexible availability across multiple days and times including daytime, after-school, and evening sessions.
• Reliable transportation and comfortable driving to centers or client sessions.
• Access to a smartphone or similar device with internet to capture session data.

Here's What We're Looking For

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred; candidates who are not currently certified must be willing and able to obtain RBT certification in accordance with company requirements and timelines
• Must maintain open and flexible availability across multiple days and times throughout the week to support client scheduling needs, including daytime, after-school, and evening sessions as assigned.
• You'll need reliable transportation & must be comfortable driving to the center and/or client sessions
• Access and ability to use a smartphone or similar device with internet services capable of capturing client session data

Position Requirements

• Stay active throughout the day by sitting on the floor, kneeling, bending, crouching, standing, and frequently transitioning between floor and standing during therapy sessions
• Bring energy, patience, and professionalism while actively engaging with children, implementing behavior support plans, and ensuring client safety by responding calmly and appropriately to challenging behaviors
• Lift or assist children and equipment up to 50 lbs. (as required by assigned cases), complete documentation using electronic devices, and travel reliably between assigned client locations

Expected hours: Part-time (15-25 hours per week) & Full-time (30-40 hours per week) depending on client and staff availability.

• We are open 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Monday-Friday, providing services within the center, in home and community. If seeking full-time hours, evening availability is required, along with comfort working in home-based therapeutic settings; otherwise, full-time hours cannot be guaranteed
