What You Will Do

  1. Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under supervision, tracking and documenting client progress.
  2. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and stakeholders for consistent care.
  3. Assist clients with daily activities, including light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and personal hygiene routines.
  4. Assist with medication administration and transportation as needed.
  5. Work with a team of professionals, seeking clinical guidance and adhering to ethical standards.

What We Need From You

  • Active RBT, B-CAT, or similar Behavior Intervention certification (required).
  • Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors.
  • Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance if driving.
  • Current CPR or BLS certification (resources provided).
  • Current CPI or QBS Safety-Care certification.
  • Recent TB Test (resources provided).
  • Ability to pass federal and state fingerprint background checks.

What We Offer

  • Compensation: $23-$28 per hour.
  • Part-Time position with potential to become Full-Time.
  • Paid sick leave.
