Job summary

Applied ABC in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to work in a school-based setting under BCBA supervision. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM at 8743 Fruitville Rd, Sarasota, FL 34240.

Responsibilities include implementing 1:1 ABA interventions, data collection, and regular communication with the BCBA and clinical team, with ongoing training and professional development. This role supports students in achieving behavioral goals.

Qualifications

• ABA experience preferred.
• RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for helping children succeed.
