Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. You will provide in-home and community-based interventions, collect data, and maintain accurate progress notes and records to monitor client progress.

The role involves collaborating with analysts and coordinators, ensuring timely reporting of progress and ongoing professional development opportunities within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• RBT credential required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.

• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.

• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.

• Competitive Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (pay rates commensurate with ABA experience)
