Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work under a BCBA supervisor, providing in-home and community-based interventions and collecting data during sessions.

This role offers growth and opportunities for professional development. The ideal candidate holds an RBT credential, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and experience with children or ABA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsabilités

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skills with Rethink software.
• Communicate with analysts and coordinators to report progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.

• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.

• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.

• Competitive Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (pay rates commensurate with ABA experience)
