Job summary

Little Acorn ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in the Cleveland area across homes, schools and community settings. You will implement BCBA-developed plans, collect and record data, and collaborate with families and clinical staff.

Flexible scheduling and supervision are provided; RBT certification and HS diploma required; travel locally encouraged.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required and must be current.
• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with children is preferred.
• Ability to pass required background checks and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions.
• Assist children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client progress.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging therapeutic environment.
