Mastermind Behavior Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, and clinic settings in Warner Robins, Kathleen, and Perry GA. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to support client success.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain the 40 hour RBT course.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
