Job summary

Kinfolk ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. We provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and implement plans designed by a BCBA, while collecting data and collaborating with families to support client progress.

The role is part-time with afterschool shifts in Manassas, VA, offering weekly pay and competitive hourly rates ($27-$30). Benefits include 401K, training support, PTO, and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the 40-hour ABA training course.
• RBT certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team for client success.
• Maintain a safe, positive therapy environment.
• Assist in developing individualized goals based on assessments.
• Maintain client confidentiality and ethical standards.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals and objectives based on client needs and assessment findings.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards at all times.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $27 - $30 per hour
• Part-Time: 7-9 hours/week
• Shifts: Afterschool
• Location: Manassas,VA

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have completed the 40-hour training course in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
• Best to have, or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
