Achievements ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism under a BCBA supervisor.

You’ll provide in-home and community sessions, collect data, and report progress with our analytics tools, while advancing your career through training and college reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress).
• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.
