Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in in-home and community settings in Jamestown, TN. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism under BCBA supervision and guidance, focusing on building communication, social, and daily living skills.

You’ll receive paid training, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for professional development, with a part-time schedule Monday–Friday and a pay rate of $22–$26 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism or disabilities is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to meet applicable background check requirements.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation, if travel to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism.

• Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Share observations with your supervising BCBA.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism, following treatment plans developed by a BCBA. You’ll:

• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions
• Use the treatment strategies and behavior support plans developed for each client
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time
• Share observations and questions with your supervising BCBA
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families
