Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and families in in-home and community settings. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA, following individualized treatment plans and recording session data.

This part-time role offers competitive pay ($20–$32/hour), paid training, BCBA supervision, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification [if applicable to this opening].
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism or disabilities is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to meet applicable background check requirements.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation, if travel to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions.
• Use the treatment strategies and behavior support plans developed for each client.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
