Pay Range: $20.00/hr - $28.00/hr (based on skills and experience)

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking qualified, caring RBTs to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In this role, you will work directly with children, implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings
  • Implement treatment plans as designed by BCBA supervisors
  • Record session data and submit notes
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings and trainings
  • Ensure timely travel between locations with reliable transportation
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Experience working with children or adolescents with autism
  • Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Valid state ID and driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check
  • RBT Certification (required)
