Job summary

Little Champs ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who speaks Spanish to join our growing team. This part-time position involves delivering ABA therapy in home, school and community settings while supporting clients’ communication and independence skills.

Requirements include RBT Certification, a high school diploma, and fluent Spanish. Reliable transportation is needed, with supervision and mentorship available for BCBA certification when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Teach communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and write detailed session notes to inform BCBA decisions.
• Reliably attend scheduled sessions and participate in ongoing training.

Little Champs ABA is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team!

Hourly Wages:

$25 - $32/hour

Qualifications & Skills:

• RBT Certification (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Fluency in Spanish (required)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities
• Desire to learn and work independently at times

Duties of the RBT:

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly to clients of varying ages in a variety of settings, including the client’s home, school, and/or community.
• Help learners gain life skills that will increase their independence (e.g., communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills).
• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and meet data collection requirements for services provided, as well as write detailed session notes to inform decisions made by BCBAs.
• Reliably attend scheduled sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training.
