Little Champs ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. We emphasize caring for staff and provide strong supervision and mentorship as needed.

Roles include delivering high-quality ABA therapy in diverse settings and supporting learners to gain life skills, with ongoing supervision and flexible hours. Spanish fluency is required to serve our diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy directly to clients in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills to increase independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional, play, vocational).
• Teach communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
• Collect data and write session notes to inform decisions by BCBAs.
• Attend scheduled sessions reliably and participate in ongoing training.

Little Champs ABA is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team!

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) receive strong support and always have access to their supervisors for any concerns or questions.

Hourly Wages:

$25 - $32/hour

Qualifications & Skills:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required)

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Fluency in Spanish (required)

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities

• Desire to learn and work independently at times

Duties of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly to clients of varying ages in a variety of settings, including the client’s home, school, and/or community.

• Help learners gain life skills that will increase their independence (e.g., communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills).

• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.

• Collect accurate data and meet data collection requirements for services provided, as well as write detailed session notes to inform decisions made by BCBAs.

• Reliably attend scheduled sessions.

• Participate in ongoing training.
