Job summary

Little Champs ABA in Colorado is seeking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. We prioritize caring for clients and staff, and provide supervision and mentorship for those pursuing BCBA certification.

As an RBT, you will deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings; collect data; and help learners develop communication, daily living, and social skills while attending sessions reliably.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to engage and have fun with individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Help learners gain life skills to increase independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional, play, vocational).

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Hourly Wages:

• $25-32/hour

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Certification (required)

• High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities

• Desire to learn and work independently at times

Duties of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client’s home, school, and/or the community.

• Help learners gain life skills that will increase the learner’s independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills)

• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through the use of evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.

• Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, as well as write detailed session notes in order to inform decisions made by BCBAs.

• Reliably attends scheduled sessions

• Participate in ongoing trainings
