Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children diagnosed with ASD. Therapy may occur in home or clinic environments, under supervision by a BCBA.

You will have growth opportunities and guidance to be the best clinical therapist you can be. Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 ABA, implementing plans, collecting data, and collaborating with a team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state ID.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and submit session notes.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Maintain a vehicle and a valid driver’s license to commute to locations.

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Data collection and session note submission
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
• You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments
• Other duties as assigned.

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
